Tonight is one of those nights when I get on one of my blogs and become the “Ramblin Man”. I get so many different topics that I want to express my opinions about and in my Ramblin Man mind, they are all tied together by that common thread called humanity. So it makes sense, to me, to be the Ramblin Man even though some of you will look at this body of work and say “what the f&&k was he talking about” but that’s alright with me “cuz I’m just a Ramblin Man tryin to get around too much on my mind to settle down”. Grab your hats and enjoy the ride.
When are we, as a country, going to come to grips with the reality that the President of the United States of America is President Barack Obama? There has been so much s&&t slammed around about President Obama that it feels like he has been in office for eight years already not just over 8 months. Whew. It’s making what little hair I have left turn grey so I wouldn’t be surprised if he wasn’t greying a bit around the edges. We have all of these “experts” on how to be President in our country and they seem to find their way to a microphone, radio, television or some form of publicly produced media and toss out their rhetoric about President Obama. Some of the “experts” are so ignorant and bigoted that it should be against the law for them to open their mouths outside of the sanctity of their private bathrooms where they are taking a s&&t so they can leave that s&&t they are saying right in the toilet with the rest of the s&&t and flush it all down the tubes when they get done. I agree that people have a right to have their opinion. That’s part of the fabric of America. People bad mouthing the President of the United States in various forums has been going on for years but bad mouthing the President in racially bigoted overtones? Come on, there has to be a line somewhere. If you have an opinion based on fact and not the fact that the President is black then that’s cool, have that opinion and share it so we can all take a look at another point of view that might just create some synergy. There is no synergy formed by bigoted comments, purely racially denigrating comments, vile, vulgar, mean spirited harking back to the days when Jim Crow was out in the open and in full effect. I’m surprised a couple of these “experts” haven’t donned black face and gone on television with their commentaries.
One truth about America is, however, being revealed world-wide; it’s that America still has too many racist policies, politics, politicians, business Moguls, leaders and people of influence. Jim Crow isn’t gone, it’s just been tucked back under a hood a little further and waits strategically to pop out and inflict damage when the opportunity is there. Unequal justice is one of the major ways the ”old Jim” still gets to have it’s fun. Discrimination in the workplace with controls of employment opportunities and salaries. Statistics report it over and over and over again about the unfair hiring practices and the differences in salaries paid workers in the same job, with the same experience. The department of labor reports these statistics yet what is done to address them? They actually put the numbers out in black and white for all to see and read and say, “yeah, there sure is a large disparity” but the next day things just keep on lumbering along and “old Jim” just fluffs up it’s pillow for another good nights sleep. “Old Jim” might be able to sleep well but the rest of America needs to take note and find a way to shake up what’s not right.
Yeah, America can’t afford to sleep when there are so many people who don’t have America’s best interest at heart. I’m not just talking about people who are from other countries, I’m talking about people born and raised right here in America. The ones who are running these multi billion dollar corporations and raiding the coiffures with mega million dollar bonuses and golden parachute retirement packages all the while having sent the jobs that America needs overseas to other countries. Capitalism is a system that can only truly work when you have honest, caring, law abiding, loyal people running them and setting the course the companies will run and give to America. Greed and selfishness can’t be one of their characteristics but unfortunately it seems to be their only characteristics in some cases. Capitalism works when everybody has the ability to put into the circle as well as take out of the circle at a equal level. If you put in ten you can’t take out a thousand and think it’s going to stay a well run system. When you only put in ten where do you think the other nine hundred and ninety you took out is going to come from? If you want to keep the system fair, you can borrow the nine hundred and ninety and pay it back so that those you borrow it from know where it is and can count on getting it back. What happens though, is some greedy chucklehead decides to take out more than he is putting in and he has no intent on paying it back because he thinks he deserves it and enough other greedy board members who want bigger slices of the pie say yes, let him have it and create an unbalance in the system. You take the fourth wheel off a car and it don’t run so good now does it? Well, that in effect is what’s happening to the Capitalist system. Don’t get me wrong, it’s okay to gain money and “get rich” as long as it’s done in a balanced manner where what you put in equals to what you take out in some form. You can’t tell me a CEO deserves a bonus of ten million dollars on top of his five million dollar a year salary. What is he really putting in? Truth be told, not alot compared to the minions who work for his company. The ones who are out in the field where the cash registers are. The ones who are greeting and meeting the customers needs and fielding their complaints. The company could run far longer without that fatcat CEO than it could without it’s base of hardworking workers. You ever look at the pyramids? Notice how the biggest part of the pyramid is the base and it’s on the ground and how the smallest part is the tip way up top? Without a strong base the tip won’t be up there long. If the company has a good product, good employees and good management it will do well with a CEO who simply knows what they are doing, treats their managers and employees right and believes that customers are the bread and butter of the company. How do you run a company into the ground and get a “golden parachute” severance package? When employees are fired they don’t typically get more than their next or last paycheck and even then many companies will go and fight to keep the employee from getting unemployment benefits for as long as they can. Go figure.
But hey, that’s called Capitalism, right? The rich can manipulate to get richer and the poor don’t get a chance to keep enough of what they earn to get ahead. You have to have rich and poor to make the system work? Of course you do. Who’s going to work for less than what they should be getting pain except poor people desperate to find a job because they need income to keep the lights on a buy some groceries. Did you ever stop to look at the education system in America? Here America is, a country with resources and materials from some of the greatest minds of all time and yet our education system has problems in just about some town in just about every single state. Go figure. Why might that be? Personally, I laugh when I think about the fact that if our country was so smart then why do we still have so much bigotry and hatred? Random prejudice based solely on the color of skin or on experience with one of two individuals should puzzle any intelligent person. Prejudice is based on ignorance yet there are proclamations about how smart Americans are. If Americans are so smart why can’ t they see that you can’t judge a group by the words or actions of one person? That you can’t judge a person simply because of the color of their skin? That each individual should be taken for their own merit, their own content of character and willingness to contribute to the good of society? Children aren’t born prejudice, or racist. NO, they are TAUGHT to be racist to be prejudice. Why would somebody want to ruin a child, a gift from GOD by teaching them to be a racist? To be prejudice against another person just because of the color of their skin? What kind of monster would do that to a child and sleep soundly each night knowing they have just closed off half of the world to that child; that now the child will be growing up with his mind trapped in a box unable to experience the fullness of life and this world on which we live? How do you do that to the child you love? How does a mother allow a father to do that or even a father allow a mother to do that to their child? What was missing in THEIR lives?
Too many children are treated like disposable commodities. They are put into an education system designed to under-educate them to fit into a role that society needs filled. Somebody has to be a janitor, a fastfood worker, a bum, a thief, a drug addict and our education system grabs those who aren’t being challenged or aren’t challenging themselves training them to fill those roles. The education is out there. The ability to rise above the under-education that children receive when they go to school at just sit at their desks listening to facts and figures repeated rotely at them day after day year after year only to have to “take a test” to graduate from high school to see “if you learned what they were supposed to have taught you over the years” Don’t you think they know before you get to the “test” whether or not you have been taught what they were supposed to be teaching you? What’s the purpose of this “test” to graduate high school? If anything it’s a reflection on the education system not using checks and balances along the way each year of education. It reflects how people, teachers, who are paid to little go about their jobs in a system that blatantly shows people how little they think of the educators by how little they pay them and how few and inadequate supplies and curriculm materials they give them. Don’t you think that if education of people to be more than just drones to fill a position in society was important that they would be paying teachers more? Teachers are the ones who impart the knowledge unto our children so that they can go on to become doctors, lawyers, astronauts, scientiest, professors, media moguls and more. Yet teachers are so grossly underpaid. We don’t underpay surgeons. Why not? You send your children off to a teacher to cut into their psyche and find a way to open their minds so that they can receive the gift of knowledge. You don’t think that teachers are working with life and death in educating your children? If they don’t educate them well your child has a high chance of becoming a statistic in jail, on the streets strung out or dead. If a surgeon doesn’t do his job well you could end up in bad shape too. So which is more important? More critical? More urgent? They both are yet the education system underpays teachers and has been for years.
It’s a sad fact but in the poorer communities you can find the poorer schools. That doesn’t mean there aren’t bright students there, on the contrary, some of the brightest and best have come for the poorest communities in our country. They didn’t fall prey to the undereducation system. They went to the libraries and read other books just because they wanted a better life. They met a mentor who imparted knowledge on them that made them eager to explore and research. They excelled inspite of all the odds stacked against them because they didn’t want to fail and be left holding the bag in a destitute and hopeless life. If they can do it why can’t others? People always laugh, in an angry kind of way, about the old quote “if you want to keep people from finding out about something, write it in a book”. The sad part about that is it’s true. There are so many books that tell of the true history of this country. First and second hand accounts of the growth and development of America as we have come to know her today. The real role of minorities in the building of America. Who it really was that made up the crew of the ships lead by Christopher Columbus and what kind of people landed on Plymouth Rock. Tales of the closed societies and the role of religions sects. The true power of the government. All of this and more can be found in libraries across the country. The truth about America and her roles in worldwide development. The skirmishes and wars America has been a part of. The strategies for wars that America has gone into. The role of the government, the CIA, the NSA, the Secret Service and the FBI. How did the south allow the KKK to run rampant hanging and killing blacks simply because they wanted to or because they didn’t get off the sidewalk fast enough. How do ten eyewitness get discounted and perpetrators walk away free with blood on their hands and shoes? The cases are written down. You have to put in the work but if you do you will learn alot about this country and how she got here today. Why do so many blacks kill people who look just like them? Black on black crime seems to be right of passage not a savage act. Where is the self-worth, the self-esteem, the self-respect? Why do gangs thrive? You can find gangs in some of the smallest country towns in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Louisiana? How can that be? Who is educating these children and condoning their behavior, letting it go instead of stepping in and stopping it? What sense of hopelessness envelopes these micro-societies in a day and age where the ability to improve one’s self is at the highest level it’s been for minorities in years? If children can join together and educate themselves to the level where they can run these little gangs like micro-corporations then why can’t they be in school getting another kind of education learning how to run real corporations? The pressure from that little tiny tip at the top of the pyramid is being allowed to press down on the base of the pyramid and blocks the view to the top for so many that they go blind; they can no longer see that there is a way out and up so they strike out blindly at all those around them and not caring about themselve, they don’ t have any care about what happens to those they strike.
Balance needs to be restored and that starts with real conversations and people accepting their roles in everything. Until that happens excuses will shroud the truth and the tip of the pyramid will rule the base relentless leading it into an ever growing abyss with little to no escape and the potential end of a great empire at hand. History. Will it repeat itself or can America avoid the downfalls of empires and correct itself to become what it should have been anyway, a true melting pot of people with common desires, wishes and goals to live in a great country fair to everyone and free from divisiness and pain.

We spend a lot of our times and energy creating profiles on the various “Social Sites” because the search engines love the content on Social Sites. But what about the people who aren’t using social sites as part of an SEO program? The people who setup a profile just to network with their friends and co-workers in a purely “let’s stay intouch” kind of mode? How do they feel about everybody who sets up business profiles to market their websites and programs and increase their exposure to the search engines? I’m sure most users of social sites like FACEBOOK, LinkedIN, Squidoo, MySpace, Digg and others, don’t really have a clue as to what internet marketers are doing when they setup a profile on the sites.
So what happens if and when an internet marketer metaphorically runs into a simple social site user? Has anybody experienced that phenomenom? Was your experience pleasant or unsettling? Were you welcomed or attacked as an unwanted visitor? Does having a social site for a business bode well for internet users? Is the comparison of a business social site to a unwanted “TV commercial“ fair? EVen still, is it accurate? Could businesses on social sites such as FACEBOOK and MySpace actually be the equivalent of tv commercials? Or do businesses have as much right to create a social profile as any other person using the internet?
That raises alot of questions. I recently was attacked by a fellow group member on LinkedIN because I posted a thread in a discussion, mind you it was where I was instructed to post that type of thread, and the member accused me of “spamming“. Go figure. I followed the posted instructions for “posting your personal business or hobby” in a manner that avoided the main discussion threads but still allowed you to share your information with the group IF THEY SO CHOSE TO READ YOUR INFORMATION. See, that’s the part in ALL of this that I don’t get. People are FREE to CHOOSE whether or not they read your post no matter where you put it. Really folks, if you don’t want to read the post, just delete it or ignore. I can’t believe that people are just so frickin compelled to read every post that is made online. Of course, that’s just MY take on things and like everything else, we all have opinions and as far as we are concerned ours is right and everybody else’s is just whatever.
Well, not actually whatever, I’m sure most of us have heard the accepted description of opinions; their like a**holes, everybody has one and they all stink. Okay, okay, so, let’s see what was I talking about. Oh, yeah. Social sites. A great way to get to get search engines to give you credit for content on your site and your site could gain viral growth legs. As internet marketers we all know the value of exposure and definitely exposure that we don’t have to pay per click to get. Every free advertising medium we can use is a friend to the online business person. And therein lies the creation of a conflict waiting to happen.
Free advertising is like manna from heaven. Any business person would love free advertising, well let me restate that because some free advertising can be in a negative manner. So, free advertising that’s positive and allows potential costumers to see what it is that we have to offer. For the social mediate who is in it just to show their friends they have a MySpace or a FB account and say whoo whee, look at all of the pictures of the events in my life. Then there’s those who have their social page to let the world know that, “hey, I’m better than you, I’m more important than you because look at all my stuff”. Oh my do I miss Georgle Carlin. It took him to really tell us about “our stuff“. We all have stuff and we think our stuff is better than everybody else’s stuff and if it’s not then we want to get some of their stuff so we can have the best stuff. ( I bow in honor to the late George Carlin, MISS YOU MAN, RIP!!)
So, we have people who are online on the social sites to let everybody see their stuff. They aren’t selling anything, they’re just trying to validate their existence and let the world see their stuff. Then we have the social butterflies. We are going to stay in touch with anybody who wants to stay in touch with us. We like this new technology and we are going to use it to reach out and connect with anybody who will connect with us. The opposite side of that is the folks who go on a “social” site and then make their profile PRIVATE. HELLLLURRRRR, IT’S A SOCIAL SITE. Get the hell off of a social site and go to a private site and keep your profile private. If you don’t want to be “social” why the hell are you on a SOCIAL SITE? Maybe I got that all wrong but isn’t social different than private? I’m not saying people don’t have a right to be private by why in the world would you join a social site to be private? Their are PRIVATE ways to connect privately and to have your information remain private ON PRIVATE SITES you self important diggits. Uh, oh. Stepped on some toes there didn’t I? Well, that’s MY OPINION and I have a right to have one and that’s mine. If you want to use a social site to be private then so be it. Just don’t look at me when I decide to use gasoline to put out the fire on your ass. It’s my opinion that gasoline would work just fine to put out a fire on YOUR ass. I don’t think it would work on mine but I think it might work on yours……well, if it’s okay to setup a private profile on a social site then why can’t I think it’s okay to put your fire out with gasoline. Okay, I won’t really try to put out the fire with gasoline………no, really I won’t.
So, I have gone around the block and back to get to what point? What is the point I am trying to make? What is it I want to know? I want to know if anybody who is using a social site has setup a profile for the business side of their life or mentions the business side of their life has ever been attacked verbally by somebody who doesn’t think you have the right to promote your business on your social site? Somebody who thinks it’s a sin, a terrible terrible wrong for you to use a profile on a social site to share your business venture and invite anybody who wants to view it to do so. You can’t make anybody visit your site. You can’t make anybody buy something from you. Heaven forbid if you did have that kind of control over people, what would you do with it? NO, don’t answer that question, I don’t want to be frightened. Advertise as you might, people still have free choice over whether or not they respond to your advertising or if they even visit your website. So what, you are in business? So what, you are trying to make some money talking about things that you are familiar with. Me, I have a website based around chronic pains. I suffer with chronic pains so I have a vested interest in finding ways to ease chronic pains and products to help tolerate pain flareups. I also post products for sale on my site, that can help people tolerate pains better.
So, I have a social site profile, well actually I have a profile on quite a few social sites and on some sites I have two, heaven forbid, profiles. One profile is my personal profile and the other profile is my business profile. I talk about my business on my personal profile sometimes and I talk about myself on my business profile sometimes too. I find it hard to actually separate the two as I have a vested interest in my business and of course in my life. That doesn’t make me an evil person because I have a business profile that sells things. It doesn’t make me evil because I sell things that can help people in pain. I’m not taking advantage of anybody’s suffering. My sites are open access, free in other words, to anybody and everybody who want to visit them. I offer to brainstorm with anybody who suffers pains so that we might discover something that could help one or both of us or maybe even others who are suffering in silence and don’t know where to turn. Just because I use a social profile to do that, mind you on each site it is within standard practice and most sites posting guidelines, that I make these profiles and post the information that I do.
If we create a social profile on a social site and we are within the guidelines of that sites posting and usage policy then we are not at fault nor should we be viewed as evil or taking advantage of people. Perhaps people on social sites need to become more aware of all of the nuances of social sites and not be so quick to assume that businesses aren’t allowed to have “free” profiles just because the site also sells advertising space. Ignorance of all of the ins and outs of internet marketing would perhaps earn most people a “pass” on the first time they put their foot in their mouths and try to tell a person with a business profile on the social site that they shouldn’t be using free methods to advertise. Shame on you for using a free method. You’re in business. Just raise your prices to cover the extra expense you pay in advertising. Oh, there I go again being a smart ass. Or as some would say, a charlatan.
I am still rolling on the floor laughing my ass off over that one……but I will tell you about that later.
Until next time.

GET HEALTHY GET FIT FIGHT PAIN
Those are a few of the companies/websites that are under the VinHol Global Enterprises LLC umbrella and here are some of my thoughts on marketing in the online world I work in today:
Marketing a brand in development has posed a lot of challenges for me. Creating the LLC with the vision of it being the “umbrella” and then securing products, information and services to fill in under the umbrella was fairly easy for me as I know what niche I am looking to fill a place in. The hard part comes when it is time to market my idea. I have found that even in the online world, doing offline marketing is necessary to produce the attention and visits to your online creations. I’m busy utilizing as many ways financially feasible, to market my companies. Financially feasible being the optimum word here. I think that I have hit the wall that many new companies on or offline run into; finances.
When there are limited finances, I think being able to dig further into the list of ways to market becomes a skill that has to be acquired and then mastered quickly. As with any mastery though, that takes time and in today’s online world, time isn’t always on the side of the developer. Filling a niche or rather capturing a niche before it becomes saturated requires being one of the first movers just as being a first mover on a new launch will give you the best Return On Investment. If you’re not in the first mover group when capturing a niche then you need a significantly different yet relevant product or products to introduce to that niche to even be noticed. The other obstacle with a niche that is established before you get there is the entrenched companies, the ones who broke ground in niche, so to speak. They have garnered the respect of potential customers and many have a loyal following which allows them to reduce some of their marketing expenditures but forces you to increase your spending to gain the attention of customers whose focus is on the longtime companies.
That doesn’t mean breaking into an established niche isn’t possible. I have found that putting a new spin on solid, reputable established ideas helps garner a measure of respect for the new company on the block. Then I work to capitilize on that momentary respect by offering information that customers can use. I offer enough information to start building brand respect and recognition but not so much that it doesn’t leave anything for me to market and sell. Using free information as a means to market products and services available has proven to get good results in online business ventures. I believe that many online customers have come to expect that you will have something they can use and get from you at not cost to them. The online customer is also a savy one and they know that there is no free lunch so for every free slice of information you give them, they will be expecting you to sooner or later, move your product, information or service that you have for sale, into their view. The key with free stuff marketing is being able to give them enough free stuff, to make enough deposits if you will, into their emotional bank accounts so that they come to trust, like and feel as though they know you. If you can achieve that, then you have a chance of gaining a new customer and a piece of an established niche.
Another discovery I have made is that being able to market yourself as a one stop for everything online portal doesn’t really go over that well and in fact can turn potential customers away. I hold firmly to the belief that because online shopping has become so easy and consumers are sharper than ever, the ability to use a search engine and find others who have the same products or similiar products as you, has created a need for customers to shop around before they settle on which company they will buy from. So even if you do sell everything, they are going to want to go to other sites and see what they are doing to market the product being searched for and to compare pricing. They may still buy an item or two from you but rarely does a one stop shop get the total shopping list of items from a customer. So trying to sell everything only creates more of a financial drain when marketing your company and products you sell. If you can find a selection of items that all fall within the niche you are marketing to, you will have a greater chance of success and be able to reduce your marketing costs.
Some of the ways I market my companies are from the traditional school. I use flyers posted in local business that might have consumers who would have an interest in my products, services and information. I also contact local groups and offer to do information days for free. Then you have flyers in your neighborhood as well as using your vehicle to market with nice signage on one of more of the vehicles windows. Of course, word of mouth and the business card handshake are still on the marketing tool table as far as offline methods of marketing go. Online, I use blogs, articles, directory submissions, link exchanges, webrings and most of the social media sites like MySpace, FaceBook, LinkedIN, Squidoo, Delicious, Digg, StumbleOn, High5, Zion. Then there are the sites that encourage you to build a downline and attack the internet for opportunities as a group instead of individually. Traffic exchanges are a dime a dozen and serve as a fair way to market your company. I say fair because Traffic Exchanges are basically another persons way of building their list. Everybody touts the power of having a list when it comes to making money on the internet. I have to say that parts of me beg to differ but I’m still relatively new, well, less than 4 years online, in this online industry so I am withholding all of my judgement for now.
As you can see, there are many ways to market and these are just some of the ones that I use. Anybody have any others? I am open to new methods and look forward to seeing them so that I can try them out to help grow my business.

I am going to spend the next few days refocusing my energies and working on giving more of my experiences living as a sufferer of chronic pains.
<a href=”http://technorati.com/claim/sfq9rynd73” rel=”me”>Technorati Profile</a>
I know many people are just as I was, looking for information on how to ease their pains and how to tolerate their pains fast. They also want to know if other people out there are going thru what they are going through. Something about knowing that you aren’t alone gives some sort of comfort. You can be validated and that’s important when dealing with an unforseen distractor like chronic pain.

Nobody can see your chronic pain but you feel it so intensely that you start to think they should be able to see it. The pains are so severe and disabling that they seem to take on a persona of their own. Chronic pain is no joke. If there is anybody faking to have chronic pain and severe pains, SHAME THE H.E.L.L. ON YOU. To many people have lost their way of living, way of making a living and in some cases the family they were living with. People suffering from chronic pains don’t chose to suffer and would trade places in a heartbeat with somebody who doesn’t have any pains. Don’t think sufferers of severe and chronic pains want to suffer for attention or to get out of anything. The reality is, we suffer so many ways.
We can’t work like we want to. We can’t spend time with our families like we want to. We can’t do the basic things we once did like we want to. We miss out on many events and occassions in our lives when pain flareups occur. We don’t sleep well and for some chronic pain sufferers, they don’t sleep at all except when passed out from the effects of the pain medications. We cant’ drive like we want to. We can’t run like we want to. Chronic pain takes away our choices in living our lives like we want to. Suffering severe pain everyday wears on you. It leads to depression, although many pain sufferers deny being depressed or just won’t accept that they have become depressed.
So, I’m going to work harder to share more information. I don’t claim to be an expert but I do go through a WHOLE LOT OF CHANGES and those experiences may help other pain sufferers find a way to tolerate their chronic pain better and to start to ease their pain flareups so that they can live a healthier, happier, less pain, full lifestyle daily too.

Email Marketing isn’t dead, far from it. It takes new strategies and reinventing old strategies to meet the new challenges:
You CAN get your emails read. Email Marketing Is Not Dead.
http://www.chronicpainhero.4t.com/marketingtips_1.htmlhttp://www.chronicpainhero.4t.com/marketingtips_1.html/go.php?offer=dadclicks&pid=3
There are three forces working against every single mailing you send out to your list:
1. SPAM filters and their “false positives.” Here’s the big one. A recent study shows that as high as 46% of permission-based email messages are being BLOCKED by the Top 15 ISPs in the country. The problem is generally what is referred to as “false positives.” You send a mailing. The ISPs SPAM filtration system recognizes a word in there (as simple as “free”) and determines your email must be SPAM and automatically deletes it. It doesn’t matter that the subscriber requested it. They never even see it.
Solution: http://www.chronicpainhero.4t.com/marketingtips_1.html
2. Subscribers and their “mass deletions.” Of the increasingly small number of email messages that actually do make it into the inboxes of the recipients, another challenge awaits. It’s what I call “mass deletions.” All of your subscribers have likely done it at one time or another. They check their email. There are fifty messages sitting there and most of them are SPAM. They quickly scan them, select a group of them and hit DELETE. And, in the process, your legitimate email that they requested is accidentally deleted with the SPAM messages. You made it to their inbox, but they never even see it.
Solution: http://www.chronicpainhero.4t.com/marketingtips_1.html
3. Competitors and their “constant mailings.” If your email message is lucky enough to make it past the SPAM filters and past the accidental deletions, you’ve got yet another problem. This time it’s your competition. See, you aren’t the only one sending out mailings to John Q. Subscriber. Your competition (even if it’s not PRODUCT competition, it’s TIME competition!) is also trying to get their attention. And, here’s the thing: your subscriber only has so much time in his day. He is only going to read so many emails before he moves on to something else. Will it be your email, or your competition’s email?
Solution: http://www.chronicpainhero.4t.com/marketingtips_1.html
“less than 10% of your subscribers may actually be reading your email messages; what you can do to reverse this problem?
There is a way to increase your Read and Respond rates. Email Marketing Is NOT Dead. Adapting as email marketing and communication challenges arise will be your key to continued success. You have to use new strategies and better versions of existing strategies. Noted for his Email and Internet Marketing and also as author of “Get Your Messages Read” Jimmy D. Brown has the solution.
I’ve wasted enough time in my life, don’t waste another second of yours.
Best of Success,
V. Holland

Chronic Pain Hero here and I’m having a pain flareup but I am using my own advice. That’s right. I am taking my own advice, proven overtime, to help me tolerate this flareup. Funny thing about advice. We always seem to be able to give others advice but we seldom take our own advice. Being a person suffering from chronic pain, I have learned, albeit the hard way, that my advice does work. My advice. Hmmm, that does sound pretty good when I say it but what feels even better is know that my advice does work and has helped not only me but several hundred other folks to tolerate their own pains better and faster daily. Being able to tolerate pain flareups is important all the time but especially so at this time. We are into the spring of the year and that typically means yardwork, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Proms and of course Graduations. Events we just don’t want to miss as each one is special in and of itself. Easing any pain flareups quickly becomes an even higher priority.

So, here we are feeling a little better because the warmer weather of Spring has moved in and we are anticipating the nice hot Summer. Days at the beach, time in the pool or perhaps a round or two of Golf. Whatever that plan, the last thing you want is your Fibromyalgia flaring up and making the bed your only option. No, that’s the last thing on your agenda. You just got that fierce new bathing suit or bikini and you plan to wear it at the party this weekend. Forget the pain that your Sciatic nerve is trying to pound on you. What can you do to get rid of that pain quickly? Well, honestly, I don’t know if you are going to GET RID of it but I do know you can get to a point of being able to tolerate so well that you will be able to enjoy whatever event you have planned to attend. There are exercises, products and methods available today that can have you tolerating that pain better in as fast as 24 hours in some cases. Hello Golf course, I am on my way!

Now after you have begun to tolerate the pain better and the flareup is easing up, you will be anxious to go to whatever event you have planned. Don’t get overexcited because I wouldn’t want you to do anything that might cause you to have a reoccurrence of your pain or even worse, create a whole new pain. You should already have a regimen that you follow daily, to keep yourself safe and sound. The way you put on your shoes, button your shirt, hang your clothes up, do laundry and so on. You know what you can tolerate and you have devised ways to do the things that you enjoy and or have to do in your life. You exercise daily. …um, why so quiet? You do exercise right? I don’t mean all out exercise like you’re going in the military or entering some body building contest but there are a variety of exercises you can do. If I recall correctly, I did tell you that exercise has been shown to help many people tolerate their chronic pains and to avoid new pains as well. If you’re new to my blog I apologize but I talked about exercise on my websites: http://www.vinicent-d-holland.4t.com/blank_13.html and http://www.chronicpainhero.4t.com/blank_4.html as well as in earlier blog entries on http://www.chronicpainhero.wordpress.com Be sure to take a look at those pages and see what might be able to help you start tolerating your pains better. Exercise is a crucial part of my daily regimen and helps me maintain muscle fitness and avoid atrophy, joint pain and stiffness as well as fatigue. Don’t panic though, once you see some of the exercises you will feel better about them and your self-confidence will improve as you achieve each exercise goal. The idea, when you are a sufferer of any chronic condition, is to set you self up for success. The more success you have over your pain the more you will do. The more you do the more you will enjoy and eventually you will be living a healthier, happier less pain filled lifestyle daily too.

While you’re feeling better both physically and mentally, remember those around you; the ones some people call support group but others call family. Just teasing a little but really, when you are in pain, having a supportive family can make a world of difference. If your family members understand that you are a victim of chronic pains and not a volunteer, their positive attitudes will provide you with a nurturing surrounding that increases the likelihood of you maintaining a bright outlook. Keeping a positive outlook is one of the biggest challenges for me since I have been suffering severe pains since 1995 and disabling chronic pains since 2000. The mental part isn’t talked about too much because people seem to want to stay away from issues surrounding the mind. Something about being crazy or thought to be crazy because you might be talking to a counsellor or a therapist about your pain and issues surrounding it. That doesn’t make you crazy. It doesn’t make you weak. As a matter of fact, I think it takes a lot of strength to admit that you might need to talk out your pain filled life with somebody, a neutral party, who has an understanding of the toll living as a severe or chronic pain sufferer can be on one’s life. Of course there are things you can do to help keep your peace of mind at home.

Okay, so my pain flareup is easing up and I’m blogging because I was thinking about everybody getting ready to send their sons and daughters to their Proms, prepping for Graduations and Weddings as well as looking forward to the Memorial Day weekend and firing up those grills. It’s an online business opp that works from your internet web browser toolbar section. Unlike YUWIE which I am still trying, U can actually earn income that is derived from shares of ad sales by THE BAR. I have made more in one day than I have in over a year with YUWIE and I don’t have to wait on somebody else to join my downline. It’s all up to me and my willingness to view a few adverts.
You view them ONLY IF YOU WANT to. IF you don’t click on THE BAR link in your toolbar, you don’t see any ads. It hasn’t affected my browsing nor my internet speeds. So far so good.
Here is the link: http://www.invite5.com/80943HS
Check it out for yourself. You aint’ gonna get rich quick but you can build a slow steady stream of “extra” money while you are online. So, why not?
By the way, don’t forget May 1, 2009. We are asking everybody that can to blog about stopping murder-suicides and getting attention drawn to this devastating trend
that is spreading and taking the lives of too many innocent children as well as adults.
We hope you can participate in making May 1, 2009 a powerful message to folks that people care and there are other choices to be made no matter how terrible things seem at the moment. The POWER of ONE has changed countries. Can we be a POWER of ONE and change this dreadful act as being a choice anybody would even consider? Let’s see.
